A licensed architect in Illinois and Wisconsin, Jim Tinaglia, 47, is the principal of Tinaglia Architects, Inc., and has over 23 years of professional architectural experience.

Jim's unwavering commitment to architecture began in junior high drafting classes and continued throughout high school where he earned the Excellence in Industrial Design Award from Arlington High School.

Jim received his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Iowa State and worked as an apprentice architect for 5 years with leading architectural firms in the Chicago area. Fulfilling a lifelong dream of developing his own firm, Jim established Tinaglia Architects, Inc. in 1991 as a means of expressing his personal architectural vision.

The mid-sized firm's employees include architects, project managers, designers, draftsmen, and office support professionals. All share Jim's dedication to delivering creative ideas and outstanding service to meet the unique needs of clients.
